Called to speak with support because I could not get a required support statement to show up in view or to print. I could barely understand the support person as their English was horribly poor.
Then the support person could not even understand what tax form I was calling about. Put me on hold 4 times and 20 minutes later they had me send them the return. Very obvious that this person has no clue about a Form 990. Very disappointed with Drake's support.
If they are going to offer a product, then they need to have support staff that can assist with the product.
Had a few issues like this with Drake in the past 6 years, but at least I was always speaking with someone who spoke English. I can no longer recommend this product.
